Scope of Services:
- The services provided include online English language instruction via video conferencing.
- Lessons will be conducted by the Teacher at agreed-upon times and duration.
Lesson Scheduling:
- Both the teacher and the student(s) agree to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule for lessons.
- Any changes or cancellations should be communicated and agreed upon at least 6 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
Lesson Content:
- The curriculum, teaching materials, and lesson plans will be provided by the teacher.
- Any specific requests for topics or materials should be communicated in advance.
Confidentiality:
- Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information shared during the lessons.
- This includes personal information, lesson content, or any other sensitive data shared during the course of the lessons.
Recording Policy:
- No lessons shall be recorded without the explicit consent of both the teacher and the student(s).
- If recording is agreed upon for educational purposes or review, it must be mutually agreed upon before the start of the lesson.
Payment and Fees:
- Payment for lessons shall be made in advance via Stripe or Paypal.
- Any additional fees for materials or supplementary resources will be communicated beforehand.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- Rescheduling within 6 hours of the scheduled lesson is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is possible if made within the agreed-upon notice period (6 hours)

We are happy to provide our students with a full refund if they send a refund request within 14 days of purchasing the session pack and have not used any tokens.If you fit this criteria and would like a refund please contact us.
Technical Requirements:
- Both parties are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and appropriate technical setup for the video conferencing platform used for the lessons.
Responsibilities:
- The teacher will provide instruction to the best of their abilities.
- The student(s) agree to actively participate in the lessons, complete assignments, and practice outside of lesson times to enhance learning.
Code of Conduct:
- Respectful behaviour and language are expected from both parties.
- Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the lessons.
Termination:
- Either party reserves the right to terminate lessons with 6 hours notice.
Refunds for terminated lessons will be provided on a prorated basis if applicable.
Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [specify jurisdiction].
